Dr. Asprou studied Medicine at the University of Wales College of Medicine in Cardiff, United Kingdom graduating in 1999. He completed his postgraduate training, qualifying as a General Practitioner in 2005.
He holds advanced postgraduate qualifications together with considerable experience in musculoskeletal medicine, along with a long-standing commitment to medical education. Over the years, he has taught undergraduate medical students, postgraduate trainees, and doctors specialising in General Practice in the UK.
Since May 2020, Dr. Asprou has been practising as a General Practitioner in Paphos, Cyprus, following an extensive career in the UK as a senior GP and as a GP with a specialist interest in musculoskeletal medicine.
In addition to his clinical work, he serves as a Clinical Associate with the University of Nicosia Medical School, where he is actively involved in teaching and mentoring medical students based in Paphos.
